Why Adina?
Adina Construction has deep roots in NE Florida, stretching back to 1987 when our President, Rob Viens, earned his contractor's license and began building beautiful homes and a lasting legacy in the area. His commitment to excellence, work ethic, and dedication to being the best delivery partner he could be translated into a long standing, category-defining approach to building processes. Adina was built to be more than a construction sub-contractor, but a delivery partner with skin in the game. We care about creating value for our partners through excellence of work and integrity in the process.
Over the more than two decades of Adina's work, including growth that added multiple new types of work, we have focused on our partnerships, creating excellent outcomes that support our collaborative work to produce the best possible outcomes for their customers. We are thankful for the work we've been able to do and are excited for the work that is yet to come.

HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO
The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men to do what he wants done, and self-restraint to keep from meddling with them while they do it.
—Teddy Roosevelt
Since we believe in building generational companies—creating stability for owners, opportunity for employees, and enduring value for communities—we invest mainly in people. We partner with leaders and operators who share our values, equip them with necessary training and resources, and trust them to lead excellent businesses.
