Adina Framing
With years laying the foundation for homes all across Northeast Florida, we knew the industry and that we could bring the same excellence to residential framing. So Adina Framing was born.
We wanted the homes we build to have the same attention to detail and quality throughout the project. Cornerstone is the exact delivery partner we needed to provide excellence inside the homes.

Rob Viens
Rob is the Vice President and General Manager of Adina Construction. He directly oversees the concrete division and gives leadership to the framing division, as well. A more than 40 year veteran in the construction industry, he brings decades of knowledge and experience to bear in his work. Rob began to study construction through a vocational builder program in high school, after which he immediately began to work in the industry.
As a state certified contractor, he worked as a home builder and became the Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager of a national construction company within a year and a half. Rob took over management of Holmes’ Concrete division in 1999 and has worn many hats while building a best-in-class operation ever since. Rob has been married to Kym for more than 35 years and has 2 sons who have both served in the military. When he’s not leading Adina to grow, you’ll find him either in the garden or on his boat with a fishing pole in hand.
Jeff Griffin
Jeff is the General Manager of Adina Framing, a division of Adina Construction, for whom he has worked since 2006. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he manages his teams with wisdom and understands how to provide exactly what his clients need. He has developed a three-pronged approach to leadership with a focus on developing his team, understanding his clients, and providing excellent quality workmanship.
Prior to joining the Adina team, Jeff owned and operated a residential framing company and worked in framing since high school. He joined a crew at Adina and began to quickly work his way into leadership, becoming a framing superintendent. In 2022, he became the General Manager and now oversees multiple superintendents, all crews, and manages customer relationships. Jeff and his lovely wife of 30 years are deeply committed to their faith and have engaged in missionary work over the years, including time in the Solomon Islands, India, Guatemala, Guyana, Guatemala, and Israel.
Jared Lee
Jared Lee is the General Manager of Cornerstone Drywall, having joined the team as a project manager and being promoted just 3 years later. Prior to coming to Cornerstone, he was the general manager for a spray foam company and ran the insulation department. Since his promotion to general manager, Jared has been working to build Cornerstone output to more than 1500 houses per year. His desire is to grow it into the largest residential drywall company in North FL, offering best-in-class work, and creating value for their customers.
Jared is a graduate of Georgia Southern University—where he played collegiate football—with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. He married his wife, Sydnee, in 2020, and recently welcomed their son, Layton, to the world. When Jared is not maintaining profitability margins and creating more efficient process for communication with builders, he loves to spend time with his extended family, hunt, and watch football. He also coaches Little League Football, overseeing the Baker County Wildcats for the last 7 years and participating as a Board Member of the Baker County Touchdown Club for the last 3 years.
